Do you find it Hard to Meditate?
Meditation is the ultimate exercise for improving your mental health. People are realising this truth and adopting meditation.
But most people find it really hard to Meditate and hence they are unable to build it into a habit.
So what is the solution to this? How can one meditate easily?
Well, the answer is simple..
What is Meditation?
Meditation is the space between your thoughts
And to meditate one needs to increase the gap between the thoughts which come in your mind. This is both simple and hard as the nature of the mind is to think.
When there is no thought in your head, the mind doesn’t exist
Hence when you try to shut your thoughts, the mind fights against it in self-defense.
So the trick is to distract your mind by focusing on something else. The best way to do so is to focus on your breath.
Here is a trick of 4–5–6
Inhale slowly, and as you inhale, focus on your breath and count to 4. Then hold your breath and count to 5. And then exhale slowly and count till 6. Repeat this cycle at least 9 times.
When you do this, you will realise that you are able to move away your thoughts and able to meditate better!
